Inflatable Hot Tub Weekend Hire

These hires are delivered and set up every Thursday and collected on Mondays.

 

This means your hot tub will be up to temperature and ready to enjoy on the Friday afternoon so you can start your weekend in style and relaxation. 

 

Delivery is free up to 20 miles from our base in North Kessock, if you are over this distance from us please enquire for a delivery quote before booking.

 

Suitable for up to 6 people

Our inflatable hire hot tubs have built in heaters with a sleek design sitting more compact on your patio. This means our hot tubs are more efficient on space without messy external heaters with exposed pipe work. These hot tubs also include UV sanitation to further assist the chemical sinters in keeping the water clean and pleasant to use during your hire.

 

Comes with new filter, cover & all the chemicals and testers you will need to keep your water fresh. 

Customers are required to maintain the correct chlorine levers during the hire duration to ensure the water remains safe to use. (taylored instuctions will be provided)

  • Terms of hire

    Please read all information before booking

    6 Person hot tub hire Hot tub dimensions ( 1.85m x 1.85m ) allow 24 hours heating time. Tubs cannot be used before reaching full temperature. In winter we advise that you use an indoor tap adapter so you can fill your tub with hot water from your indoor tap. You must be available on the afternoon of your hire start date and have a hose and outside tap as we ask our customers to fill their hot tubs. We provide all the set up, cleaning and removal. Customers not available on the afternoon of set up resulting in us being unable to set up will have their set up postponed to the next available set up slot ( may not be on the same day as the original booking ). Collection date will remain in this event. Hot tubs not drained before collection will result in us retaining your deposit. It's the discretion of the customer to decide if their decking is strong enough. Fairly level ground is required. Access to the set up area must be free from any obstructions like bins, children's toys, bicycles, construction material, cars, dog dirt and any other obstructions. Dogs must be kept inside during setup. Minimum access width is 70cm ( the size of a normal door opening ). Due to a busy schedule garden furniture must be moved from the set up area before set up, we will not help customers to put up their own gazebos, please decide where you would like your hot tub to be set up before our arrival. Your security deposit will be refunded within 2 days of your hire period ending if there are no damages. In the event damage is caused we will retain the security deposit. Chemicals will be supplied with usage instructions to keep the hot tub safe to use. It is the responsibility of the customer to follow the instructions given with the hot tub hire. The required chemicals will be supplied, it is important to keep the hot tub free from contaminants, shower before each use and rinse feet before entering and rinse the filter daily. If water gets dirty during the hire period, it is as a result of excessive use or instructions not being followed correctly. A refund will not be offered if water gets dirty during a hire. We do not accept liability for any harm or damages caused as a result of hot tub water getting dirty during a customer's hire period. Follow instructions for using the chemicals and the hot tub will not get dirty or water may need to be emptied and refilled during hire. Failure to follow checklist could result in the temperature dropping during your hire period due to accidental button press or an error code ( filter blockage ) Please note: we do not offer refunds if the daily check list has not been carried out during your hire period resulting in an error code caused by filter blockage or as a result of a heater being accidentally turned off by the customer. Irreparable damage caused during your hire period due to misuse, negligence, deliberate and accidental damage including damage caused by pets or children or loss of equipment we will seek full replacement value of the items you have hired.

    Cancellation Policy. You can cancel your hire up to two weeks before your hire start date and receive a full refund. If you choose to cancel a booking less than two weeks from the hire start date we will retain your £50 deposit and refund the balance of your booking. If you choose to cancel less than 10 days from the hire start date we will retail the balance of your hot tub hire minus any delivery fees if applicable and refund the security deposit. We can cancel a booking at any time due to equipment being returned damaged or due to a mechanical failure in our equipment in which case we will refund you in full or rearrange your hire for a time that suits ( our reserve hot tubs reduce the chance of  this, we have never canceled a customer's booking ). We can cancel for any reason, we will not accept claims for loss of earnings incurred by the customer or compensation as a result of a canceled hire.

We can cancel a booking at any time due to equipment being returned damaged or due to a mechanical failure in our equipment in which case we will refund you in full or rearrange your hire for a time that suits ( our reserve hot tubs reduce the chance of this, we have never cancelled a customer's booking ). We can cancel for any reason, we will not accept claims for loss of earnings incurred by the customer or compensation as a result of a cancelled hire.

  • Delivery information.

    Your hot tub will be delivered on the afternoon of your hire start date between 12pm and 5pm. Hot tubs must be available for collection by 10am on the hire end date. 

    We can give more specific times 3 days before your hire start date on request.
