Holiday Let Hot Tub Change Over.

We understand the challenges of operating a holiday rental business with a hot tub and we are here to help. 

 

This service is intended for holiday rental business' that need a reliable change over service for their hot tub between their guests stays that includes: 

 

  • Full drain down
  • Wet vac debris in the bottom
  • Filter removed, cleaned with instant filter cleaner and refitted (swapped for clean dry filter if availalbe)
  • Hot tub shell clean using hot tub surface cleaner 
  • Filter housing clean using hot tub surface cleaner
  • Hot tub refilled and water balanced to correct PH, alkalinity and chlorine levels
  • Chlorine or bromine tablet dispenser refilled and set.
  • hot tub primed to avoid airlocks and temperature set to desired temperature
  • Hot tub cover, cabinet and steps snow foamed and jetwashed. 
  • Fill out water maintenance log if avaialbe or message results. 
  • We can offer tips and recommendations regarding HSG 2828 compliance if we think it might help.
  • Biofilm removal can be added to this service for an additional £50 - Recommended once per quarter for holiday accommodation for HSG 2828 compliance.

This sevice is only availalbe to customers local to us at pre booked times. Please get in touch before booking this service online. 

Daily hot tub water testing is required while guests are staying at holiday accomodation in accordance with HSG282. We can carry out all of or some of these visits for you subject to availability.

Customers who book this service more than 5 times per year will receive an exclusive discount code which can be used for our annual service package. Just drop us a message for your code when you are ready to book.

 

  • Terms

    Fyrish Hot Tubs are not responsible for injury sustained from unmaitained hot tub water or hot tubs unless customers are signed up to our annual maintenance package and are booked for water testing every day that our customers have guests staying at their holiday accommodation. 

    Payment can either be made online in advance or for customers requiring ongoing services, payment can be made via our invoice which we will sent every two weeks.

    Cancellations must be made more than 7 days from date this service is booked to recieve a full refund. Any cancellation within 7 days from the booking date will not recieve a refund.
